Returns Policy

All damages, shortages, exchanges and/or returns on merchandise must be reported within 7 business days from date received. For all approved returns of damaged or defective products Fripp & Folly will pay for all shipping costs. Credits will be issued to your Fripp & Folly account only. If a credit is issued to a credit card please allow 7-10 days for credit to be applied.

Returned merchandise must be in sellable condition or a credit may not be applied. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned merchandise.

All returns must be approved by Straight Up Southern and accompanied with a merchandise return/claim form. Click here for online form.

Shipments
Please allow three to five business days for orders to be processed. We ship all orders regular ground UPS. For estimated shipping times please consult www.ups.com.

Backorder Policy
All items are shipped promptly and every effort is made to ship your order complete. An order for an item that is temporarily out of stock is considered a “backorder.” If the total value of the backorder is less than $30.00 we will automatically cancel the item(s) and you may reorder on your next order. Item(s) will be backordered if the total value of the item(s) is over $30.00 and we expect them to arrive shortly. If for some reason, we are unable to produce an item for more than 60 days from the date of the original shipment, the backorder will be canceled as well. When we place item(s) on backorder, we will ship to you via our regular ground shipping as soon as it becomes available. You are never charged for an item(s) until it is shipped and all backorders ship for free. You may cancel item(s) on backorder prior to shipping.

Refused Shipments
On ALL refused shipments, customer is responsible for freight charges. A bill for freight will be mailed to the billing address on the account.
